What to Expect
The Shape of the Weekend
Connection doesn't need hours of process or shadow work. There's an illusion around transformation that says it has to be serious, heavy, sat with for hours before it creates real transformation.
What Geeia and Rachael guide is that connection comes from the heart, through play, lightness, physical opening, and levels of newly curated vulnerability. The intimate layers of the heart emerge through finding a pathway to self and in turn allows an opportunity to connect to the women around you through pathways of enjoyment, not nerveous system overload or intensity. This weekend will provide real depth in soft, revealing, gentle activation that's awaiting the unlocking inside, held with reverance the entire journey with enough spaciousness that none of your transformation needs to feel intimidating.

From 5pm
Arrive from 5pm, settle in, meet your sister counterpart. Friday has a girls' night in experience, high energy, dress up, feel pretty, a play party to awaken the senses and bring in the curiousity. Facilitated connection practices, maybe a estatic dance, laughter running through the collective field. A chance to feel the body relax into knowing none of this needs to be intense before for the deeper heart immersion.

Morning
The most intimate, vulnerable, transformative part of the weekend awakens through self remembering. Physical, somatic opening through kundalini breath and sesual dance, held inside a shared intention, a theme intuitively guided from what's present in the sisters and awakened in the bodies. Each woman journeys her own sacred reconnection to her heart, guided together inside one safe, held space.

We journey from the yoga studio to a Lunch date out where the experience becomes the teaching. Journey with the gift of food, connecting through presence of all senses eating, while teaching the foundational tools "light & heavy" for intuitive gudance in all of life in correspondance to what your body truly needs. Alive food, dead food, and learning to let your body tell you the highest path instead of your heads programs.

Afternoon
Let it all land by embracing a swim to purify and support the days intgration, sun charging with the power of chi and learning elemental living. We deepen into our bodies through sensula adoration and touch, self love, and body massage focusing on self womb healing. Warm, connevcted and invegerating the gifts of the bodies unlocking. Allowing the self adoration to remind us of the beauty way, reconnecting to the parts of you that carry your own creative power and essence.

Evening
A light dinner, then a light evening of sisterhood and feminine interaction, immursing into the new found heart connection, rawness and being seen. Authenticity, communication, and an expansive reunification with the women around you. An evening to assist your relationship communication, speaking your needs and finding a heart led way of being in your day to day life, all cultivated with your new tribe of woman.

5:30am – 10am
Sunrise sister circle, beginning at 5:30am, sharing our truth, being witnessed and expressing the depth of our journey to self acknoledge. As we close with integrative techniques and practical tools for carrying heart connection back into daily living. Fresh juices, and a guest speaker on gut health to round out the morning. Checkout at 10am, with a solid baseline of processes awoken to rather than just a yummy memory.

Do I need any experience with breathwork or kundalini?
No. This is built for every level of experience, from women who've never done breathwork to women who live in this work. You're only ever guided to meet yourself where you're actually at.
What if something comes up for me during the weekend?
If something surfaces, in a session or in conversation, it gets held. We run live clearings and process work in the moment, so nothing sits unaddressed while the group moves on.
What's the cancellation policy?
This offering doesn't carry a refund. If you can no longer attend, your spot transfers to another Spirit Prestige or Magnetic Mindset service or event, or to someone else stepping into your sacred space.
Who will I be rooming with?
Rooms are twin share. You'll be matched with a sister counterpart for the weekend, based on where you're both energetically functioning from right now.

I have dietary requirements, what happens?
Every meal across the weekend is catered, including Saturday's lunch date out. Let us know your requirements ahead of time and the kitchen will plan around you with variety.

What time does the weekend actually start and finish?
