Members Agreement

This is a legally binding agreement. By purchasing from, participating in, or becoming a member of Quantum Consciousness Association, you automatically agree to ALL terms and conditions outlined in this document.

FINANCIAL PENALTIES: This agreement includes confidentiality and non-disclosure provisions with financial penalties of $250,000 per breach. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Automatic Membership

IMPORTANT: By purchasing or participating in any services, products, or offerings from Quantum Consciousness Association, you automatically become a member of the Association and agree to be bound by the complete Member Agreement, including all confidentiality, non-disclosure, and remedial penalty clauses.

Essential Provisions

Membership Status: Your purchase constitutes membership in the Quantum Consciousness Association, a private Unincorporated Members Association.
Laws of Nature & Creator's Law: The Association operates under natural laws and moral principles, not public statutes or regulations.
Private Jurisdiction: All matters are resolved within the Association's internal dispute resolution process. External legal proceedings are not permitted.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure: You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Association information, activities, and membership details.
Membership Benefits: Access to exclusive services, products, and community resources while maintaining good standing.
Termination Rights: The Association may terminate membership for breach of terms, with appeal options available.
Indemnity: Members agree not to hold the Association liable except for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Fees: Membership Inclusion
7.1 Membership is Included. There are no separate membership fees. Membership is automatically included with the purchase of services valued at $70 or more. Individuals on the mailing list or who have purchased services under $70 are not required to become members but may do so voluntarily.
Record Keeping: The Association maintains records of all member information for organizational purposes.
Privacy Protection: Members cannot be compelled to provide information to external entities.
Continuing Obligations: Confidentiality continues even after resignation or termination.

🔒 CONFIDENTIALITY & FINANCIAL PENALTIES

Breaching confidentiality or non-disclosure provisions carries a penalty of $250,000 per breach, payable to the Association. This includes:

Sharing information with non-members who are government agents or representatives
Voluntary disclosure of confidential information
Unauthorized use of Association materials or data
Joining under false pretenses as an agent of any organization
Taking, removing, copying, sharing, or transmitting Association data without written permission

Additional Key Provisions:

Dispute Resolution: All disputes must be resolved through the Association's internal arbitration process with appointed Arbitrators.
Approach by Government Agents: If approached for information, members must direct such inquiries to the Board in writing and refrain from providing any information.
Written Work Product: All materials must be used in their original form without alterations or modifications.
Immunity and Protection: Members have immunity from suit and public policy in matters related to the Association.
Resignation Process: Members may resign by providing written notice, but confidentiality obligations continue perpetually.
Security Requirement: Members participate as individuals, not as agents or representatives of any government, corporation, or organization.
