My work sits at the intersection of consciousness, psychology, and the nervous system, built from thousands of hours of direct facilitation and refined against my own complex trauma and extreme levels of fragmentation. That experience gave me a trauma-informed education no framework alone could have provided, and it shaped the DAC Process™ and CAD Framework into original methodologies built for the actual terrain of healing, not a theory of it.

I once lived from chronic illness, complex trauma, spiritual psychosis, PTSD, disordered eating, neurodivergence, and domestic violence, a place where pain and suffering were the only frequencies I knew how to function from. Moving through all of it, layer by layer, is what took me from that place into the sovereign woman I am now, embodied, living a life I designed rather than one that happened to me.

I work with the full architecture of a person, mental, emotional, physical, and energetic, rather than isolating one piece and calling it whole. Genuine change happens at the level of the pattern's origin, not at the level of its symptoms, which is why this work moves as deep and as directly as it does. Understanding consciousness at this level, its universal architecture, how it fragments, and how it returns to wholeness, is what allows the healing to hold.
