I am a survivor of child abuse, domestic violence and addiction. Years of trauma exposure changed my brain and nervous system. In my healing journey, I found traditional mental health healing methods, like cognitive behavioural therapy and EMDR, could only scratch the surface of my trauma. While they were helpful, they did not bring me to healing or completion. I had been doing EMDR for 6 years when I found Geeia and the DAC process™. My first experience with the DAC Process™ transformed me in only a few hours. I was so impressed that I decided to take the Masterclass course and learn the DAC process for myself. DAC has helped me to explore the shadow aspects of my consciousness and rediscover myself in a way that traditional therapy could not. I’ve been able to continue my healing in the privacy and comfort of my home, and I carry around very little shame now thanks to Geeia and the beautiful DAC process. Dear Beautiful, that session brought me back home. Thank you. I can feel the softness in my body and how it nourishes me - it calms my waters while recognizing the storm. Creating out of this love to serve in the highest good is helping me to focus on just that. I can feel that my body is scared about finances & life in general as all shifts. It used to be my mind who told me stories & created emotions - now it's the body leveling up. So that's progress ;) I'm on a new level to surrender even while looking at these high bills. I deep down know, I have the capacity to hold it, honor it, pay it with love and grace. It does feel like an initiation. I was dreaming that I woke up to so many sales on this course. I literally saw money flowing in with joy and ease. I try to soften as much as I can. It's indeed difficult when your body has these hiccups... So I'm going slow.
